This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Medical Society of the State of New York (MSSNY) and American Society of Diagnostic & Interventional Nephrology (ASDIN). MSSNY is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.             
The Medical Society of the State of New York designates this live activity for a maximum of 11 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM,  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

CE for Nurses

This continuing nursing offering is provided by the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology. Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP15468 for a maximum of 11 contact hours. One contact hour equals one hour of program attendance.
