Hotel Reservations
The Palazzo Resort will be the headquarters for the 7th Annual ASDIN Scientific Meeting.  Special ASDIN Group rates are: $182 (single/double occupancy).*  All accommodations at The Palazzo Resort are suites.  To make your reservations online, click here.  You may call the Palazzo Hotel reservations Department at 866-659-9659.

Exhibit Hall Information
Exhibit Hall will be open the following hours:

Friday, February
11             5:30 pm – 7:00 pm

Saturday, February 12        7:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sunday, February 13          8:00 am – 10:15 am

Representatives from a wide range of companies will be available to update participants on current and future products and services during dedicated Exhibit Hall hours.

Meals
Friday: 
Complimentary Opening Reception (cash bar) in the Exhibit Hall from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm
Saturday:  Complimentary continental breakfast, 2 refreshment breaks and boxed lunch in the Exhibit Hall
Sunday:  Complimentary refreshment breaks in the Exhibit Hall from 8:00 am – 10:15 am 

Refund Policy
To receive a full refund, cancellations for the meeting must be received in writing on or before January 21, 2011.  After January 21st, no refunds will be provided.
 
 
Abstracts
Poster presentations will take place within the Exhibit Hall on Saturday, February 12th.
