Complete your CE/CME Evaluation by Monday, March 26th.  You will need to complete the online evaluation to receive your CME or CE certificate.  Your certificate will be emailed to you by ASDIN staff in approximately 7 days following the close of the survey (by April 3, 2012).  We also need your feedback to help us improve and enhance our 2013 meeting (J W Marriott Washington, DC - February 15 - 17, 2013). Online Handouts will be updated with onsite presentations by Monday, March 5th
ASDIN is offering program handouts online.  Presently, preliminary handouts are posted.  By Monday, March 5th, the updated onsite presentations will be uploaded and available for participants to view and/or download.  When you click on the link below, you will need the 2012 registrant password. We expect to maintain these handouts online for scientific meeting registrants for a period of three years.

Hotel Reservations
The New Orleans Sheraton Hotel will be the headquarters hotel for the ASDIN 8th Annual Scientific Meeting.  Click here to make hotel reservations online.

Special ASDIN group rate:  $198 (single/double).  To make reservations by phone, call 88-627-7033 and mention ASDIN as group code.
The ASDIN discout is available until 5 pm CST on January 23, 2012 or until all rooms are sold whichever is earlier.

Overflow Hotel Reservations
At present, the ASDIN room block is sold out at the Meeting Headquarters Hotel - The Sheraton New Orleans. Additional rooms are available at the St. Christopher Best Western Select Hotel, 114 Magazine Street, just steps away from the Sheraton (literally 322 feet according to Google Maps). You must mention that you are with ASDIN in order to receive the group rate. This room block will be available until February 13th or until all rooms are sold, whichever occurs first.

Rates are:
Feb. 23 @ $119.00 per night, plus tax
Feb. 24 & 25 @ $139.00 per night, plus tax

The cancellation for each individual room is 72 hours prior to arrival.
The St. Christopher Hotel offers complimentary continental breakfast daily from 6:00 am-10:00 am and free hi speed internet in the guest rooms.

Exhibit Hall Information
Representatives from a wide range of companies will be available to update participants on current and future products and services during dedicated Exhibit Hall hours.

Friday:  Complimentary Opening Reception (cash bar) in the Exhibit Hall from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm
Saturday:  Complimentary continental breakfast, 2 refreshment breaks and boxed lunch in the Exhibit Hall
Sunday:  Complimentary refreshment breaks in the Exhibit Hall from 7:30 am – 10:00 am 

Refund Policy
To received a full refund, cancellations for the meeting must be received in writing on or before January 23, 2012.  After January 23rd, no refunds will be provided. 
Poster presentations will take place within the Exhibit Hall on Saturday, February 25th.
