There is an email scam circulating at present which appears to originate from individual  ASDIN officers; using their names and asking individuals to make donations on behalf of ASDIN.

ASDIN WILL NEVER ask you to make donations on behalf of the society or request that you pay for services in any unconventional manner such as wire transfer or gift card.  Although we are unsure of the extent of the distribution of the email, we want to warn our members of this scam.  We do NOT want scammers to take advantage of our goodwill with our members for illicit gain.

Check out this FTC link to 10 Things You Can Do to Avoid Fraud.  Number one is  how to spot imposters.

To protect our leadership, we have removed all linked email addresses from our website.  If you need contact information for officers, councilors, committee chairs, or committee members, please access the ASDIN Online Member Directory. The Member Directory is only visible to members after signing into the website. Once a member successfully signs in, the link to the Member Directory will appear under the main heading - Members Only.  If at any time, you need assistance with your username or password for your membership account, please feel free to reach out to the ASDIN office.
