CME/CE Information
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Medical Society of the State of New York (MSSNY) through the joint sponsorship of MSSNY and American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology (ASDIN).  MSSNY is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Medical Society of the State of New York designates this educational activity for a maximum of 11.75 AMA/PRA Category 1 Credits™.  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

CE for Nurses
This continuing nursing offering is being provided by Lynn Hadaway Associates, Inc., an approved Provider by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider CEP13546 for a maximum of 11.75 contact hours. One contact hour equals one hour of program attendance.

CE for Radiological Technologists
This program has been approved by the American Healthcare Radiology Administrators for a maximum of 11.5 Category A, ARRT continuing education credits.

Registration Hours
You may pick up your badge and other registration materials at the Grand Registration Desk located in the Grand Ballroom Foyer (down one level from the Lobby Level).
Registration hours are as follows:

Friday, February 19   3:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Saturday, February 20   7:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sunday, February 21   7:00 am – 12:30 pm

Please note that registration for the Pre-Conference program will be held Friday, February 19th from 7:00 am - 10:00 am.  This is only for those individuals who pre-registered and were confirmed for the Pre-Conference Program on Friday, February 19th.

Exhibit Hall and Meals
The Exhibit Hall will be open the following hours:
Saturday, February 20   7:00 am – 7:30 pm
Sunday, February 21   8:00 am – 10:15 am

Representatives from a wide range of companies will be available to update participants on current and future products and services during dedicated Exhibit Hall hours. Complimentary continental breakfast and a boxed lunch will be available for all conference attendees on Saturday within the Exhibit Hall.  Coffee service and refreshment breaks will also be held in the Exhibit Hall on Saturday and Sunday.  This year, due to the Pre-Conference programming, we will hold a special Exhibit Hall Reception on Saturday night from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm.  Please make sure to attend this special event and enjoy all the networking opportunities it provides.
