What is the policy of pts who have MRSA of different locations in the body for the free standing units. Do they send to hospital. Do they do them in the out pt unit. If so what kind of contact isolation is used??

I do not send patients to the hospital due to positive MRSA. The center follows the infection control policy with extra care taken to sterilize the table, wheelchair ect., and all the staff follows the strict infect control policy like hand washing and using barriers like gloves and gowns.
