Advanced Paracticioners

Hello to all. I am curious as to how many of you use advanced practitioners, whether NPs, PA's or RPAs in your ASC or OBLs? Any comments would be appreciated.  What are their limitations or restrictions? If there are some out there, we should promote their membership in the society? Thoughts?
