Poor compensation in general
No reward for complexity or difficulty
Cherry picking and problem patient dumping
Complaints of steal, hypotension, and malaise due to lowballing dry weight goals
Poor cannulation in general, and poor understanding of "aneurysms" in fistulas
Late referral of patients for surgical evaluation, and being sent "pre-dialysis" patients with GFRs of 9, 7 or 5 (!?!).
Failure to protect cephalic and basilic veins, leading to loss of options.
