The ASDIN Research Committee is in search of a few good Mentors to assist in our newly created Mentorship program. This new program aims to guide trainees or medical students with interests in clinical or basic research in the vascular access field. Ideally, the applicant has an interest in the research area and has completed a research proposal. The Mentorship Committee will meet with mentees to discuss research strategies, data collection, analysis, and data interpretation. Mentee will also receive guidance for manuscript preparation, journal selection, as well as manuscript submission.
Mentors will join mentorship committee which is consists of 4-5 mentors. The committee is required to meet with the mentees once every month to discuss research progress. Mentors will be recognized at our 2023 ASDIN Annual Scientific Meeting in Orlando, FL, February 17-19, 2023.
