ASDIN’s Social Media Committee is always looking for ways to utilize POWERFUL social media platforms to engage with, inform, and connect with our colleagues in the field of dialysis access.  As we prepare for ASDIN’s 20^th Annual Scientific Meeting (#ASDIN2024), we are looking for enthusiastic communicators to serve as social media ambassadors.   

You, as our social media ambassador, will help us in reaching health care providers who may be interested in attending the ASDIN Annual Meeting.  Nothing beats word-of-mouth advertising!  

We hope that you will consider joining our Social Media Ambassador team and spreading the word about the educational value of ASDIN#2024.

As a Social Media Ambassador, you would agree to:

• Follow ASDIN on social media channels:
  Facebook (American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology (ASDIN))
  X (@ASDINNews)
  Instagram (@asdinnews)
  LinkedIn (American Society of Diagnostic & Interventional Nephrology)
  Threads (asdinnews)

• Post information about the ASDIN 2024 annual meeting on your social media at least four times prior to the event (meeting date and location, course content and speaker names)
  
• Live-post on X from at least four sessions you will be attending at the ASDIN 2024 annual meeting using hashtag #ASDIN2024 and tagging @ASDINNews
• Live-post on X at least two clinical cases (with discussion) from the “interesting and challenging case discussion session”
• Post about at least two abstracts from the Podium, RapidFire or Case Vignette presentation sessions
• Post about the ASDIN 2024 Award recipients
• Engage in conversation, on social media platforms, with other ASDIN Social Media Ambassadors during the event (tag/retweet/like each other)
• Understand and educate peers about the ASDIN Annual Meeting throughout the year
• Make suggestions and engage with the ASDIN Social Media Committee and Staff on ways to enhance ASDIN’s social media presence

ASDIN will provide the following:

• You will receive special recognition at the meeting and the official event mobile app

• ASDIN will share your content across social media channels 

• You will have a new title, Social Media Ambassador, giving you more influence on your own social media channels
