Dear ASDIN Members -

For the first time in several years, both the OBL and ASC fee schedules shared good news with overall increases for AV access in both sites of service. Below you will find the Dialysis Vascular Access Coalition's analysis of the changes proposed for 2026. Overall OBL (thanks to the recently passed bill) rates will increase around 6% with the exception of the 2 stent codes going up more than 20%.

DVAC and ASDIN will continue to advance our mission and will keep members informed about our efforts and results. There were no new codes in the AV access series this year.
