22nd ANNUAL SCIENTIFIC MEETING
GRANT FOR FELLOWS AND PHYSICIANS IN TRAINING

Grants for the 2026 ASDIN Scientific Meeting are available for Fellows and Physicians in Training.
Deadline for applying for the grant to support travel for fellows and physicians in training was Monday, 12/1. We have now moved to a WAITLIST application below.
Notifications will be sent by December 17, 2025.

Full attendance is required including participation in the Fellows Education Session on Friday, February 20, 2026 2:30 PM - 4:45 PM

WHAT DOES THE GRANT INCLUDE?
Complimentary Registration
Up to 2 nights accommodation (room and tax only)
Up to $500 airfare reimbursement (will be reimbursed after attendance)

Please mark which nights you require hotel accommodations. *ASDIN covers Friday and Saturday night hotel stay. If you need to extend your stay before or after the nights covered by the grant, please let us know and we can add those date(s) to your existing reservation (based on availability). I acknowledge that ASDIN will reimburse up to $500 in airfare. *Your flight receipt will be required for reimbursement.
Recommendation and Training Verification Letter *In order to approve your grant application, we must receive a Recommendation/Verification of Training Letter from your Program Director.
