Recommendation/Verification by Appropriate Training Program Director

All letters must be on Program letterhead and contain the proper signature of Training Program Director and contact information.

Letters must be uploaded into the online Travel Grant application at https://www.asdin.org/page/19thtravelgrant  in support of travel grant application.
