Hello ASDIN Community, Can someone provide an example of when they would use T82.510A I'm having trouble understanding what would classify as a mechanical breakdown of AVF. Thank you in advance.

How about when the graft/access is exsposed do to ulceration of the skin,
The above is the only scenario I can think of that would be a good example
Does that make sense? Otherwise I wouldn’t use it
