Access coordinator

Do any centers utilize an member of their staff as an access coordinator to physically evaluate accesses, and follow up with clinics after intervention and/or surgical visits?  We are considering implementing this and would appreciate any input from any centers that have experience with this.  Please feel free to message me here with your contact information or email me @ sbf@carolinanephrology.com   Thanks!
