PQRS Measures

Hello All,

 

Can anyone direct me to information pertaining to meeting PQRS measures within an Interventional Nephrology extension of practice group. From my understanding there's minimal documentation needed, but I want to make sure that we are documenting the information correctly.

Our Interventional Nephrologists also spend time in the office seeing patients so we are going to use those stats to meet the criteria.
