Health and Safety Policy as of September 27, 2022
ASDIN will be following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), state and local health authorities, as well as abiding by any requirements of the Scientific Meeting venue at the time of the meeting. Due to an ever-changing health and safety environment, ASDIN may implement additional attendance requirements.
ASDIN asks all our attendees to act responsibly and with consideration for the health and safety of others. Vaccination is strongly encouraged for all attendees. Any attendee who feels more comfortable wearing a mask should do so.
Attendance Waiver (required of all attendees)
By registering for the 20th Annual ASDIN Scientific Meeting (#ASDIN2024), each attendee agrees to follow all CDC guidelines, state and local regulations, and event safety protocols in place at the time of the meeting. Each attendee will act responsibly and with consideration for the health and safety of others. Each Attendee UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT IF ATTENDEE INTENTIONALLY OR MATERIALLY REFUSES TO COMPLY WITH THE SAFETY PROTOCOLS, ATTENDEE WILL BE REQUIRED TO DEPART THE ASDIN MEETING. Each attendee also voluntarily accepts the inherent risk of exposure to communicable diseases that may occur with traveling to and participating in the ASDIN 20th Annual Scientific Meeting. Each attendee agrees to not hold ASDIN or its representatives liable for any illness related to that risk.
We acknowledge that CDC guidance, state and local regulations, and event venue requirements may shift before our February 2024 event. Because these factors are frequently changing, we will continue to update this page as new guidance is developed.
